7^th International Researchers, Statisticians and Young Statisticians Congress (IRSYSC 2023) will be organized by Yıldız Technical University, Department of Statistics in Istanbul, Türkiye on 02-05 Nov, 2023.

The main goal of IRSYSC 2023 is to showcase the latest research and findings from scientists in the fields of statistics and applied sciences. This conference aims to facilitate direct interaction among delegates from various disciplines, allowing for the exchange of new ideas and practical experiences. It also aims to foster research collaborations and establish global partnerships for future endeavors.

The symposium seeks to unite academics, researchers, undergraduate and graduate students from both national and international backgrounds who are dedicated to the pursuit of scientific knowledge. Participants will have the opportunity to share their scientific research, innovative ideas, and application outcomes with the wider scientific community. Our congress is an international scientific event in accordance with the Associate Professor criteria specified in UAK's announcement dated 9 August 2023. Our congress organizing committee has an official assignment from its institutions. The symposium welcomes contributions in areas such as statistics, biostatistics, econometrics, biometrics, operational research, and other related disciplines. All submissions will contribute to enhancing the scientific progress in the field of statistics. Participants will have the option to present their work either face-to-face, virtually, or hybrid. The event also provides participants a unique opportunity to publish their presented study at the event as a full-text paper in high-profile special issue journals and international books (Published by TUIK (Turkish Statistical Institute)) under four topics that will be announced later by TUIK. One selected paper among presented studies will receive a TUIK (our main sponsor) special award.

As the organizing committee, we are dedicated to ensuring the success of the symposium with unwavering enthusiasm and sincerity. We eagerly look forward to welcoming academicians, colleagues, researchers, aspiring statisticians, and our future generation of students to our event. It would bring us immense joy to see all of you in attendance, as your presence will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere and fruitful exchange of ideas at our symposium.

There are many changes for the participants to expand their circles in a friendly environment and also to take a 3-day break from their busy work schedule to refresh themselves by meeting with young and successful academics and students in Istanbul. Istanbul offers a magnificent atmosphere of East and West at the same time with its historical texture, nightlife, Bosphorus view, and many things.

We hope that the participants will be satisfied by attending our congress with a ferry trip on the magnificent Bosphorus and a gala dinner at the İstanbul Üniversitesi Baltalimani Sosyal Tesisleri across the Bosphorus.
